Personal data

We collect, process and use your personal information only with your consent. We will only collect, process and use personal information that is necessary for the use of our services and that you voluntarily provide to us.

Purpose of collecting personal data

We require your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To answer your inquiries (your e-mail address, your name, if necessary your telephone number).

Cookies

Cookies are small files with configuration settings that help us to determine the frequency of use and the type of use of our website and to be able to continuously improve them.

We use so-called "session cookies", "persistent cookies" and "third party cookies" and do not use them to collect any personal data.

  • “Session” cookies are limited in time and are deleted when the browser is closed;
  • “Persistent” cookies remain until they expire or are deleted manually;

Disable cookies

You can delete all cookies stored on your computer and set most browsers to prevent cookies from being stored. In this case, however, you may have to make some settings manually each time you visit a page and accept the impairment of some functions.

If you block cookies, it may be that you will no longer be able to send request forms or to be able to use various services.

You can get many online advertising cookies from companies through the EU website  youronlinechoices.com/uk/your-ad-choices  to manage.

Integration of services and content from third parties

It may happen that third-party content, such as videos from YouTube, map material from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites, is integrated into our online offer. This always presupposes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as "third-party providers") perceive the IP address of the users. Because without the IP address, they could not send the content to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore required to display this content. We strive to only use content whose respective providers only use the IP address to deliver the content. However, we have no influence on whether the third-party provider uses the IP address e.g. save for statistical purposes. As far as we know, we will inform the users about it.

Newsletter

With our newsletter we inform you about us and our offers. To receive our newsletter, your email address and name are required. Before sending the newsletter, you must explicitly confirm to us in the so-called double opt-in procedure that the newsletter service should be activated for you. You will receive a confirmation email from us in which we request you to click the confirmation link contained in this email so that the registration can be completed. You can stop receiving the newsletter at any time. In each of our newsletters sent, there is an unsubscribe link that you simply need to click on.

When registering for the newsletter, we save the date of registration and any interest-related information you may have voluntarily filled out. This storage serves as proof in the event that a third party misuses your e-mail address and registers for receiving the newsletter without your knowledge.

We use a solution to send our newsletters that runs on our own web server. Your email address will only be used by us and will not be passed on to third parties.
